During this chaos of a year in 2020, I have reflected a lot on what I want to accomplish in life. Also, because I will be turning forty-nine this year! Whoa!
But you ever wonder what life would be like in five years after this pandemic? Can you still vision for your life what you've always wanted? Here are four ways in creating the vision statement for your life.
Find a quiet place. Being alone in a noiseless space will help bring clarity and focus to your mind.
Sit. I know this is probably the hardest thing to do. Our world has created such a busy life that it is hard to just stop and sit. Sit quietly at least for five minutes.
Journal. One of my favorite things to do is to journal. This helps remove the chaos from my brain onto paper. Write your answers to the following questions: In five years, what kind of person do I want to become, what do I want to accomplish, and what do I want to have.
Turn those thoughts into a statement. Voila! You have just created your vision statement for your life.
